Frequently Asked Questions

FAQ - Corporate Courses

Below are some of the most Frequently Asked Questions concerning my customized Corporate Business Spanish courses.

Will each course be customized to suit our particular needs?

Absolutely! In fact, this is one of the best advantages in hiring a private tutor to teach Spanish to your employees. Before I prepare each of my corporate Spanish courses, I usually sit down with the firm and discuss that company's particular needs and interests in learning Spanish. Once I have a clear understanding of your firm's goals and motivations to learn the language I will customize my approach and design a course best suited for your company's specific needs.

How many students are typically in each class?

Corporate classes generally work best when limited to between 5-15 students. Above this number, the time that I am able to devote to each student become severely limited. Also, it is usually more sensible to split larger numbers up into two separate groups based on their current Spanish language ability, (e.g. one beginner group and one intermediate group).

How long is each course and how often do they take place?

Typically, each class is one hour in duration and occurs once or twice per week. However the beauty of having a customized corporate Spanish course is that it can be made highly flexible to meet your company's particular needs and time schedule. I will be happy to work with you to develop the perfect schedule to meet your firm's unique needs.

Where do the lessons take place?

Corporate courses generally take place at the company's Manhattan location. The reserved room should be large enough to seat each student comfortably and have access to a white board or overhead projector. A typical conference room is usually well suited for this purpose.
